Matt has established himself as a successful businessman and is currently an owner and Director of a successful building development company based in and around the South West. Day to day roles include business development, financial control, and client liaison. Matt has a keen eye for detail and recognises the need for clear, concise communication at all levels.
Matt is also a director in a high-end interiors company, predominantly concentrating on the supply and installation of tiles, floor coverings, and full bathroom installations. Up until the beginning of 2020 Matt fulfilled the role of Managing Director.
He has developed enduring & valuable relationships with a great number of Bath based retail clients, developers and construction businesses. With operational oversight of the sub-contracted labour force and installation activities Matt led a team carrying out various prestigious projects in the South West and London.
Construction Director
Gary is the Construction Director working alongside Matt in the Bath based development company. Gary’s day to day roles involve program, construction and site management.
Gary is an experienced carpenter by trade, but also has a wealth of general building knowledge. Gary has a huge database of contacts within the industry contributing to procurement of materials and organising sub-contracted staff.
Gary has previously owned a loft renovation company, along with fulfilling site manager roles for several main contractors.
